Job Description:
To plan, analyze, design, and develop a data warehouse and analytics solutions in the Cloud that ensures quality data in support of the business requirements and the realization of these into final solution implementation within the Contact Centre Business Intelligence domain. To ensure that information is treated as a strategic asset whereby the integration of data can deliver value and help align business priorities and technology. Responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Provide technical architecture guidance for the creation and maintenance of an optimal data pipeline.
- Work with stakeholders including Executives and Product owners to support their data needs.
- Provide input to building analytics that utilizes the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer operations, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
- Engineer for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS technologies.
- To ensure that solutions are delivered through the agile delivery processes, partaking in all the key agile ceremonies within the team to contribute to the successful delivery of Solutions.
- Apply secure design principles within the development process.
- Estimate user and technical stories to help inform and prioritize the backlog.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based data assets.
- Experience sourcing data from different platforms
- Experience with Data Quality/Data Profiling, Metadata Integration, Master Data Management
- Experience in the Amazon Cloud Environment AWS (S3, EMR, AWS Glue, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Data Lake, etc.)
- Experience with ETL development
- Deep knowledge of SQL, understanding of various databases (Aurora, DynamoDB), and ability to design schemas to meet the requirements.
- Experience with data modeling and source to target mapping
- Experience working with high-volume data and file processing (real-time and batch processing)
- Experience in information architecture
