Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective utilisalion ot resources in the Human Resource component.
  • Ensures effective debt management for in-service and out of service staff.
  • Supewise the Human Resource Practices componeni.
  • Perform more advanced personnel administrative duti6″ such as dealing with disciplinary code, and grievance for HR Practices.
  • Manages Performance Management and Development 70r HR Officers
  • Training and Development of staff in Human Resource Practices Component
  • Assist with Human Resource Management activities as assigned by Assistant Director: HRM. Monitor and evaluate effectivt; implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Ast ist with Orientation ana Induction of staff in HR
  • Approval of transactions on PERSAL timeously.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong supervison/ skills and Interpersonal relalions Skills Communication Skills written and spoken.
  • In depth knowledge of a computerized Personnel Administration system (PERSAL)
  • Thorough knowledge of the procedures, policies and prescripts relating to Human Resource Managemenl.
  • Sound experience in Human Resource Managemeni.
  • Computer Skills inclusi’te PERSAL systvm.
  • Performance Management and Development System Policy.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Senior Certificate or equivalent; plus
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resource Management component
