Job Description:

To operate the external switchboard, attend to visitors and conduct general front office administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply basic customer skills
  • Co-ordinate meetings, minor events and travel arrangements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct any other general office administration as required
  • Type documents as required
  • Key Customers: All internal and external customers.
  • Make appointments as required
  • Receive, distribute and dispatch mail in an office environment
  • Manage boardroom schedule
  • Any ad-hoc administration requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Operating the Samancor Intranet
  • Manage administration records
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Events management.
  • Work as a project team member
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of SAP (HR) functionality
  • Operating computer systems
  • Demonstrate an understanding of professional values and ethics

Qualification & Experience:

  • Grade 12 / N3
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office).
