Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to an inclusive team/departmental environment
- Undertake postgraduate supervision
- Departmental and faculty administration; and
- Conduct research and publish in the field of Organisational Psychology and/or Programme Evaluation
- Facilitate teaching and learning in the courses offered by the Section of Organisational Psychology
Job Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation o If successful, the appointee will be expected to obtain their PhD during their tenure
- Supervising 4th-year/Honours research
- Demonstrated competence in
- Teaching Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation at the undergraduate and/or Honours level
- Evidence of strong interpersonal skills
Qualification & Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation
- Evidence of excellent teaching across a range of undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses (including course development)
- A PhD in Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation
- Evidence of strong interpersonal skills
- Established research record
- Successful supervision of postgraduate students
