Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to an inclusive team/departmental environment
  • Undertake postgraduate supervision
  • Departmental and faculty administration; and
  • Conduct research and publish in the field of Organisational Psychology and/or Programme Evaluation
  • Facilitate teaching and learning in the courses offered by the Section of Organisational Psychology

Job Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation o If successful, the appointee will be expected to obtain their PhD during their tenure
  • Supervising 4th-year/Honours research
  • Demonstrated competence in
  • Teaching Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation at the undergraduate and/or Honours level
  • Evidence of strong interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • A Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation
  • Evidence of excellent teaching across a range of undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses (including course development)
  • A PhD in Organisational Psychology or Programme Evaluation
  • Evidence of strong interpersonal skills
  • Established research record
  • Successful supervision of postgraduate students
