Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the effective management of Service on Demand, Order and Project Management in the region. Responsible to effectively manage service delivery for a portfolio of strategic, corporate, high value and normal customers as well as to seamlessly manage the processes in the value chain in order to create and sustain a positive customer experience. Also responsible to ensure that the resulting capital projects are closed within the KPI’s, to ensure effective Assets Under Construction (AUC) management, contributing to Company profitability.
