Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate candidate fit by engaging in behavioural interviewing techniques
  • Proven experience using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire niche skills and ‘hard to fill’ roles
  • Recruitment reporting and feedback on process and practices
  • Drive and Execute effective sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated in order to satisfy planned and opportunistic business growth
  • Encourage an equally amazing process within hiring teams, including thorough strategy meetings, interview debriefs, training and process review when necessary
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
  • Sourcing expert in finding skills required within the particular area or domain supported
  • Manage the end-end recruitment process ensuring high-touch candidate experience with outstanding follow up and the ability to communicate a thorough knowledge of the overall business as well as that of the individual hiring client group that you’re working with
  • Proven experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
  • Manage the closing process with candidates which requires skills in active listening, negotiation and follow-through

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven track record of headhunting at various levels.
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma preferred or equivalent in years of experience
  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Must have experience building effective hiring manager relationships.
  • 3 – 5 years in Talent Acquisition experience as a consultant specializing in Executive Search (Talent Mapping, Market Insights, Executive C-Level)
  • Data Reporting and Insights experience is a must-have
  • MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
