Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict restaurant visit standards are maintained
  • Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partners
  • Strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their business and store performance
  • Own the restaurants sign-up process
  • Identify and prioritise suitable restaurant partners for the Mr D platform
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for restaurant partners
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Accurate
  • Strong knowledge of the local restaurant industry
  • Exhibit the ability to self motivate
  • A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
  • Must have own transport
  • Ability to work and keep up in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification (Not essential)
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry (Not essential)
  • Experience in marketplace, ecommerce SAAS or hospitality sales
  • Minimum 1 year Prior sales experience
