Job Responsibilities: Assist in the continued improvement of SOP’s for all clients across the delivery network Audit training and competencies of operational staff in franchisee branches Drive new projects to innovate and improve regional and national operations Maintain service levels of franchises according Service Level Agreements and able to implement corrective measures operationally within service hubs, as related to further business strategies aligned with the Head Office and operational teams Drive group initiatives, aligned with overall management of Franchisees and branch operations Inform strategies/initiatives around process improvement in operations Train and inform SOP’s at a franchise level (Managers, Drivers), and identify non-compliance as necessary to senior management Develop and improve upon best practices in operations Monitor and report on franchise and driver performance and operational compliance in the field Job Requirements: System and process-orientated Execution oriented and operationally pragmatic Comfortable with change and able to direct colleagues around key regional deliverables, and assess and refine approach Attention to detail while still seeing the bigger picture Understand how technology works for business Hands-on field and operational experience Auditing SOP compliance and delivering corrective training Project management and ability to prioritize focus according to set deliverables is critical Low on ego, high on delivery and execution; but able to network effectively and garner cooperation and collective buy-in from key clients and business owners Qualification & Experience: Operational experience managing an operational team around regional objectives 3 yrs experience in operational management environment or similar required Proven track record in operational delivery and execution Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) to determine strategic agenda and present to senior management Previous franchisee/client working experience will be advantageous Job Details: Company: Takealot Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
