Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing project administrative support for the execution of training initiatives;
  • Monitoring and assessing the success of implemented initiatives;
  • Preparing and managing privacy and information security training-related internal reports;
  • Collaborating and coordinating efforts with other institutional learning and development functions, such as those found in Human Resources, Student Affairs, and
  • Research Development;
  • Executing awareness initiatives;
  • Coordinating translations of training and awareness materials;
  • Supporting and/or shadowing the privacy team during the execution of their tasks to identify further training and awareness opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of effective organisational learning and development practices;
  • A relevant tertiary qualification of at least NQF level 6, and two years’ work experience in organisational change management, training, and/or learning and development, OR five years’ relevant work experience in organisational change management, training, and/or learning and development;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills;
  • Demonstrable familiarity with e-learning, blended-, and/or hybrid-learning platforms and practices;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
