Job Description:

Accountable for managing the-end-to end flow of all run the bank changes or build of new solutions within multiple client journeys in the Voice Branch. Responsible to lead a multi-disciplinary and multi-skilled team to build and support the selected features / solutions within the client journey across multiple platforms and systems.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5-7 years
  • Experience in effectively managing relationships across the value chain to deliver a programme of work.
  • Strong business and product background. Strong technical / IT understanding.
  • Personal and Business Banking
  • Sales and Service
  • Information Technology related Degree
  • Experience in effectively managing front to back delivery teams i.e. business, specialised functions (SME’s) and IT delivery.
  • Experience in managing product and solution delivery, delivering business value, managing teams and managing IT projects with multidisciplinary teams.
