Job Description:

To provide support to the Banker, Direct CST (Prestige) by servicing customers, attending to customer queries, providing credit administration support and identifying customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The jobholder may be required to interface with multiple stakeholders (e.g. VAF, Home Service and SBFC in order to assist customers).
  • The jobholder will operate within set policies, procedures, system parameters and internal controls and escalates complex customer queries appropriately to Manager/Team Leader.
  • Proactively seeks out selling opportunities through customer engagements and performing credit management tasks (e.g. compile credit applications for secured lending and ensure availability of latest financial statements etc for approval and signoff by Banker.)
  • Ensures accurate logging of leads as and when required (where the demand can’t be actioned as one and done.)
  • There is a high degree of risk and compliance adherence required during execution (e.g. customer identification i.e. security questions, correct documentation, data accuracy etc.)
  • The jobholder will rely on own knowledge of products and processes.
  • Acts as an interface between customers and relevant product owners for the provision of feedback or follow up on specific customer requests.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Knowledge of credit principles, branch banking processes, procedures and policies. Knowledge of the banks’ products and services.
  • Diploma: Fais related qualification ( NQF 6)
  • 3-4 years Experience Description: Experience in Customer Service and Business acumen.
