Qualification & Experience: Human Resources First Degree 3-4 years Experience in People & Culture Business Partnering. Good understanding of the role People & Culture management plays in enabling business commercial and social relevance, acquired through relevant working experience. A demonstrated track record of problem solving in support of business specific objectives. Understanding of the People & Culture impact measures is preferred. Experience working with leaders in a complex environment is preferred.
