Job Description:

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for an efficient and effective recruitment and selection process to ensure that the Schools’ network attracts and recruits high performing and strong cultural fit candidates for vacancies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The posting and updating of job vacancies on the website and various job board portals.
  • Telephonic and initial Video upload screening of applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the job requirements, SPARK cultural fit and GEMS.
  • Submission and coordination/marking of benchmark Subject Knowledge Tests
  • Thorough screening and shortlisting of CVs according to the requirements of the job description whilst ensuring ongoing feedback to candidates
  • Determines applicant requirements by carefully studying the current job description
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, universities and providing network information and opportunities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality – Makes effective business decisions regarding with whom to discuss sensitive and confidential information. Qualification & Experience:

  • Completed relevant Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year experience in general recruitment, selection and/or talent management.
