Job Description: Amongst others he/she will ensure that the coal will be blended to achieve the acceptable quality ash before being transferred to Sasolburg Operations for usage. He /she will ensure that the silo levels at Sasolburg Operations will have to be managed on a shiftly basis. He/she is also responsible to execute the blend plan and to schedule operations such that stockpiles are correctly blended before they need to be reclaimed. Job Responsibilities: To Control overland conveyer belts to Sasolburg Operations and Extraction from Mooi kraal. Total of 27 conveyor belts Team Leader Auto substitution (When one operator need help or out) Operate plant to ensure Coal crushing plant and blending to ensure objectives are met by managing the service providers on site Keep factory Silos full Stock balance between SS1 & SS2 Plan blending activities to ensure moisture and ash qualities ae correct Manage and Control the stock Level to ensure that sufficient stock will always be available Take appropriate actions during emergency Must ensure that all deviations are logged on log sheet and correct codes used Adhere to values, SOP’s and Safety Job Requirements: Communication skills Resolving conflict Acting with confidence, assertiveness SAP Knowledge Self-starter Computer literate Planning of the job Analysing problems and having a holistic view Qualification & Experience: Operation Knowledge Coal Analysing experience (must) Computer literate (Windows 2010) Minimum 2 years in coal mining production environment Stacker, Reclaimer, tripper and operations knowledge (wish) Matric / N3 with Maths and English (Must) 1-year experience as a Principal Operator/ trade certificate Job Details: Company: Sasol Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Sasolburg, Free State, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
