Job Description:
Sanlam Group Technology is responsible for the provision of a digitally enabled technology service as a group COE, drive business and transformation and provide group-wide digital and data architecture. We operate the various technology platforms and shared services, ensure Cyber and Information Security resilience, and act as technology governance and risk orchestrator for technology across Sanlam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Allocate actions upon meeting incumbents to ensure feedback and to ensure that follow up becomes an automated process
- Digital scanning and filing of contracts
- Assisting in Onboarding of Vendors
- Manage administration of the Vendor List – Vendor accreditation process
- Professional minute taking requirements or the various business forums
- Timeous and accurate storage of minutes and associated documentation which is online and available for immediate interrogation either during or after a meeting
- Assistance in re-contracting process of IT services
- Assist in the administration of the Tender Process
- Reserving venues and associated logistics for invitees
- Manage the independent Contractor’s approval process and keeping records
- Supply relevant documents to auditors annually to internal audit
Job Requirements:
- Record keeping; filing and maintenance of databases
- Processing transactions and conduct simple calculations
- Data Collection and processing of transactions
- Maintain work standards and quality verification
- Procedures Knowledge
Qualification & Experience:
- Grade 12
- Previous administration experience
- Experience in MS Office
- Qualification in Supply Chain Management / Office Administration would be advantageous
- Post Grade 12 National Diploma / Degree
- Experience in secretarial duties
