Job Description:

The successful incumbent will need to interpret the brand and marketing needs of the team to drive sales/revenue and convey a certain message to consumers, The incumbent will need to be adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas. This individual must have good communication skills to accurately convey the concepts to customers and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
• Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
• QA design for errors

Job Requirements:

• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
• Minimum of two years’ experience in graphic design
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a graphic design or relevant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
