Job Description:

RCL Foods entrusts the HRBP to facilitate the execution of the Group HR strategy, ensure effective human capital utilisation, Co-ordinate, administrate and report human capital management information and Perform specialist HR functions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving HR Projects.
  • Communication and Internal/external stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate execution of Group HR strategy.
  • Co-ordinate, administrate and report human capital management information.
  • Ensure effective human capital utilisation.
  • Management of union relations.
  • Perform specialist HR functions.
  • Management of employee and industrial relations, including third party referrals.
  • Management of business plan, budgets, and costs.
  • Management of people.
  • Reporting and analysis of HR trends and providing meaningful business solutions.
  • HR Strategy implementation.
  • Coach line management in the execution of their leadership role.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years’ HR generalist experience in a FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflict.
  • Advanced Managerial Business Qualification will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • HR management experience will be an added advantage.
  • To be considered for the role, candidate must be a South African citizen.
  • Knowledge of the SAP system will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Change management ability.
  • Candidate must be in possession of a BCom qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, and/or related qualification.
