Job Description: The successful candidate will assist the Horticulturist at the Environmental Management Services Department at Zwartkopjes pumping station with improving production and managing maintenance standards and schedules to meet and guarantee customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Undertake job observations and assist with on the job training. Use and allocation of specialised horticultural machinery. Completion of job cards I requests I defects. Address and rectify all safety related issues. First line in handling disciplinary matters. Job Requirements: Horticulturalequipment Basic ISO 14001 and18001 Horticultural maintenance Staff management Disciplinary procedures Problem solving Ability to work under pressure Qualification & Experience: Intermediate safety knowledge Invasive Plant Control knowledge, and Chemical application knowledge Studying towards a National Diploma in Horticulture is desirable Code 8 (EB) Driver’s License.
