Job Responsibilities:

• Managing engagement economics of projects
• Client targeting\Leveraging personal and business networks
• Developing and leading proposals and development of hypothesis / business cases
• Managing alliance partners and joint business relationships (contractors and sub-contractors to projects)
• Managing projects of high complexity (locally, on the African continent & participation in global engagements)
• xCompetency collaboration
• Leveraging research (internal and external knowledge) and trends to develop thought leadership
• Collaboration in developing answers to complex client issues and developing tailored solutions
• Developing industry / solution knowledge
• Defining the objective and project deliverables
• Preparing and monitoring project plan
