Job Responsibilities: Develop & ensure implementation of all the required EHS compliance procedures, work instructions & policies across the assigned region Lead regional EHS Continuous Improvement (from an EHS culture perspective) versus PepsiCo set of KPIs through conduct performance reviews with EHS management & cross functional management to ensure performance as per AOP targets Define & implement EHS planned EHS Inspections across all the EHS levels on regular intervals & report findings on myEHS Lead roll-out of PepsiCo EHS Best Practices across regional functions Attend Monthly BU Management meetings to address critical areas of EHS performance and drive resolution of action plans. Lead the implementation of PepsiCo Behaviour Based Safety program across all region functions with defined routines/schedule of routines embedded.
