Job Description: The Sanlam Retail Affluent business (SRA) is dedicated to empower South Africans in the middle- and upper-income segments to be financially confident, secure and prosperous. Job Responsibilities: Ad hoc projects: Assist assessment and human capital teams with projects relating to specialised services. Projects may include administrative support in wellness projects, business unit surveys, assessor training, research studies, designing and validation of assessment administrative processes. Data management: Retrieving, capturing and prepare data for system integration as well as analysis / research. Initiate assessment statistical reporting. Ensure sound monthly reporting together with the assessment centre’s operations manager. Assessment administration: Through the various licensed and agreed assessment platforms, initiate assessment processes, support assessors, distribution of final, integrated assessment reports. Financial administration: Through the internal Sanlam finance system, check invoices against assessment schedules and initiate/administer payments to providers and independent professional contractors. Monitor the various assessment centre platforms licencing fees according to contractual agreements. Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of psychometric practices, including digitised assessments and underlying psychological theory. Knowledge of invoicing and payment systems, preferably Sanlam (SAP) platforms. Analytical thinking Communicates effectively Qualification & Experience: Diploma or Degree with Psychology as major subject will be an advantage. Experience working with Psychometrists / Psychologists in related field. Two years’ experience in an assessment centre or similar environment. Exposure to client interaction / communication, including engagement with network of Psychologists / Specialists. Grade 12.
