Job Responsibilities:

  • Assessment administration: Through the various licensed and agreed assessment platforms, initiate assessment processes, support assessors, distribution of final, integrated assessment reports. Report and collaborate to the regional senior assessment consultant (psychologist) regarding scheduling, reporting and statistics.

In the hybrid assessment environment, assist with the reception and introduction of assessment centre candidates / clients. Coordination involves communication and collaboration with the critical internal stakeholders or referral partners like the human capital managers & business partners, recruitment and selection consultants.
  • Office management: Act as office coordinator in allocated office (Meersig, Roodepoort, Gauteng) to receive candidates / recruits from the public, introduce assessment centre experience and ensure the office, materials and platforms are conducive for optimal assessment experiences. Report and collaborate with the assessment centre’s national operations manager to ensure standardised experiences.
  • Data management: Retrieving, capturing and prepare data for system integration as well as analysis / research. Initiate assessment statistical reporting. Ensure sound monthly reporting together with the assessment centre’s operations manager.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma or Degree with Psychology as major subject will be an advantage.
  • Two years’ experience in an assessment centre or similar environment.
  • Experience in data management, eg: capturing and ordering of psychometric data or basic statistical reporting will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to client interaction / communication, including engagement with network of Psychologists / Specialists.
  • Experience working with Psychometrists / Psychologists in related field.
