Job Description:
The Agile coach empowers teams to adopt Agile as a culture shift. They use their level of experience and influencing abilities to affect the change from a command-and-control culture to a collaborative one enabling the adoption of a new way of working.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coach, Train, Mentor and facilitate teams and the larger organisation on new ways of working.
- Focuses on strategic Agile improvement at the team and enterprise levels.
- Be an agile expert, live the agile values – understand the differences between doing vs. being agile.
- Facilitates change in new ways of working.
- Enable the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
- Be able to bring the theory to practice.
- Applies System thinking to expose bottlenecks.
- Evaluates and Advises Agile Frameworks.
- Forms part of a network of Agile Coaches embedded in the various businesses across OML
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience working in agile
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Master multiple different agile frameworks including SAFe, Kanban & Scrum
