Job Description:

The Agile coach empowers teams to adopt Agile as a culture shift. They use their level of experience and influencing abilities to affect the change from a command-and-control culture to a collaborative one enabling the adoption of a new way of working.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on strategic Agile improvement at the team and enterprise levels.
  • Enable the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
  • Coach, Train, Mentor and facilitate teams and the larger organisation on new ways of working.
  • Facilitates change in new ways of working.
  • Applies System thinking to expose bottlenecks.
  • Evaluates and Advises Agile Frameworks.
  • Be an agile expert, live the agile values – understand the differences between doing vs. being agile.
  • Forms part of a network of Agile Coaches embedded in the various businesses across OML
  • Be able to bring the theory to practice.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in agile
  • Master multiple different agile frameworks including SAFe, Kanban & Scrum
