Job Description: The Debtors Manager is accountable for the operational management and the sustainable performance of the Debtors Control staff in the Primary Care Division (PCD), ensuring alignment to Netcare values and fostering a culture of inclusivity and empowerment. The incumbent will also be responsible for the implementation of the overall Group Credit Control policies and processes in line with the operational objectives of the business. The incumbent will further oversee collections staff and provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the service level agreements with the business are met. Job Responsibilities: Ensure management of all related business unit debtor control services and activities are according to policies, procedures, philosophy and objectives of the Netcare Group Manage standards, quality assurance, administrative process efficiency and risks for assigned area Ensure service delivery by ensuring that all actions are in line with business expectations and profitability Ensure the compliance to group working procedures and assist the business units / hospitals in the development of unit specific KPI’s, protocols and measures to manage the debt collection processes Manage the day to day management of real time messaging (ERA’s) and financial process, including monitoring, reporting of performance, training of users and trouble - shooting with funders and providers Maintains files, records, and journals to provide a history of collection activity for every delinquent account, and provides regular reports of collection results Measure and report the assigned area’s compliance, discuss recommendations with management and ensure agreement and implementation of action plans Job Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial position Experience in the debtors control cycle Qualification & Experience: Bachelor of Finance and Accounting Management NQF level 7 Job Details: Company: Netcare Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Ontario,Sunninghill, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
