Job Description: Under general direction, produce financial reports, direct investment activities and plans to support the long-term financial goals of the business Job Responsibilities: Assisting external and internal auditors with queries during audit Ensure the integrity of divisional records i.e. through implementation and monitoring of control environment Maintain and enhance a rolling financial forecasts to ensure budget objectives achieved. Identify, maintain and report key risk issues that impact financial reporting and governance framework of the division " Maintain budget outcomes and facilitate compliance within business to ensure budgets are not exceed Production of a detailed strategy workings and supporting commentary." Compilation of reporting packs supporting report submissions Compilation and submission of management accounts with supporting reports weekly, monthly, at half year and year-end Coordinate budget initiatives across the division during the budget process to ensure smooth budget process Prepare budgeting templates and reports Play key role in the improvement of internal financial control initiatives including rolling out of IT systems to support the financial reporting process. Oversee financial control environment including the documentation and maintenance of procedures Qualification & Experience: Packages, Dynamics 365 Financial services, Telecommunications 3-5 years post articles experience or equivalent relevant experience.
