Job Description: Motus is seeking a Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) & Org Design Senior Specialist to support the Chief People Officer in driving the business strategy around, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Employment Equity and Organizational Design. The successful individual will work with teams across the various divisions to support initiatives and programs that foster inclusivity, belonging, and compliance. They should have experience collaborating well with others, managing complex projects, knowledge of relevant legislation, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data for reporting purposes, and providing recommendations. The individual should also have a working knowledge of organisational design principles. This individual will be responsible for driving and monitoring DEI projects and initiatives for the organisation, providing advice to all divisions regarding embedding DEI principles in the culture, relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines. Track and report on Employment Equity Targets across the Group. Develop organisational design principles to ensure correct occupational levelling of all positions across Motus. Job Responsibilities: Provide Org Design guidance and advice to divisional HR directors as and when required Assist in the management of the Inclusion Employee Resource Groups Responsible for enabling and managing DEI and Employment Equity through the co-ordination and alignment of initiatives aimed at achieving transformation beyond legislative compliance Assist with creating impact measurement tools and provide recommendations for areas of improvement Provide inputs in the compilation of the Motus South Africa Employment Equity plan as per Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL) requirements Investigate, analyse and develop organisational design best practices, and ensure adherence to an operational framework of policies and procedures. Conduct all data analytics and related reports for org design Ensure that the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is formed and functions optimally to achieve agreed objectives Provide inputs in the compilation of HR budget Assist with coordination and implementation of DEI programs and initiatives across all Motus divisions and report on progress, proactively identify and address potential challenges as they arise Develop conversation guides, toolkits, and resources for building an Inclusive Culture Conduct job analysis and evaluations for all redefined and newly created roles to determine correct levelling to ensure organisational design data integrity at all times Ensure timeous and accurate submission of relevant reports to all stakeholders Job Requirements: Demonstrated Leadership skills Strong Analytical thinking Excellent report writing skills Ability to manage and execute projects Enjoys a fast-paced environment and can initiate positive change Self-motivated, proactive and works independently.
