Manage the Marketing and Advertising Sub-directorate Job Requirements: Three (3) year National Diploma (NQF 6)/Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF 7) in Communication Science/ Public Relations/ Marketing. Five (5) years' experience of which two (2) years at Middle Management level (Assistant Director level) and three (3) years functional experience in Communication/Marketing services. KNOWLEDGE: Departmental policies and procedures, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Basic knowledge of all legislations. Marketing Communication principles, Marketing and Advertising Guidelines and Protocol, Project Management, Batho Pele Principles.
