Job Responsibilities: Ensuring effective project governance and resource allocation. Managing communication, monitoring, reporting and control activities throughout the project lifecycle to all levels of stakeholders; Delivering specialised project coordination services for effective communication and stakeholder engagement; Assisting project collaborators to define project goals and organisational value-adds, and to establish overall success criteria; Project development and planning, which includes clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and timelines; Facilitating the decision-making process with stakeholders and document it accordingly; Coordinating and conducting activities with key stakeholders (including creative agencies and internal representatives) to obtain input and decisions required to draw up, maintain, and implement project plans; Monitoring and controlling, tracking and ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met; Identifying project team members and stakeholders, leads, responsibilities, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines; Developing systems and processes for effectively managing communication projects; Coordinating project issues and risks, scope and change control, project budget, resource capacity, project dependencies and critical paths; Job Requirements: Strong, systematic organisational skills; At least five years' experience in a role managing diverse projects and initiatives in a cross-functional organisational environment, specifically related to communication, marketing and/or events projects; Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Outlook and MS Teams); The ability to make objective and decisive, yet flexible decisions under pressure and within set deadlines; Proven track-record of successful collaboration with various partners and management of external providers; The ability to accurately report information and fine attention to detail.
