Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of a unit of specialists in support of business objectives.
  • Responsible for technical deliveries with a high level of technical knowledge in related fields of Life/ funeral business, sales, premium collections, regulatory implementation, risk, and compliance etc.).
  • Investigations, reviewing and reporting on OMART client due diligence and quality assurance processes.
  • Implementation of all policies relating to TCF, FAIS, FICA, PPI, PPR, AML and code of conduct across all OMART cells.
  • Carries responsibility to deliver on operational projects within OMART.
  • Implementation of adequate Internal controls through tracking, monitoring, and reporting for risk, compliance, and quality assurance/due diligence processes.
  • Could be accountable for other operational processes across the OMART business.
  • Normal functions pertaining to management (people, processes, production, and clients) apply, but in a technical environment.
  • Maintain and manage relationships and enhance engagement with OMART stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Relationship building sills
  • Computer literacy, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Presentation skills required
  • Exposure in a process environment
  • Financial services experience required

Qualification & Experience:

  • Management experience
  • Matric
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • 3-5 yrs relevant experience
