Job Description: To research and evaluate investment opportunities across all asset classes to generate recommendations for Nedbank High-net worth clients to optimise risk-adjusted investment outcomes, Research and analysis across various asset classes, including, but not limited to, fixed income and listed property. Job Responsibilities: Vote shareholder proxies in accordance with Nedbank Private Wealth's Responsible Investment Framework. Participate in creating a culture of idea generation, continuous learning and shared knowledge. Conduct financial analysis of listed companies in line with Nedbank Private Wealth’s valuation framework. This will include a focus on listed property shares, fixed income markets and instruments Formulate investment recommendations in accordance with Nedbank Private Wealth’s investment framework in order to enhance client outcomes Engage external service providers and key stakeholders associated with investment opportunities. Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction. Participate in investment strategy meetings to present and formulate investment opportunities Research and analysis across asset classes to support broader investment process. Contribute to Nedbank Private Wealth's investment strategy discussions to formulate house views. The job focus is a 50/50 split of listed property coverage and asset allocation (including fixed income), research (macro, industry and instrument level), analysis, model building, reporting and presenting. Generate research reports and investment recommendations to enable investment decisions.
