Job Responsibilities: Evolve and create policies and processes to ensure our Finance organization is set up to operate at scale. Create weekly and monthly reporting to clearly identify variances to forecast, budget, and historical expenses. Provide in a clear and action-oriented format to drive decisions. Refine and implement best in class FP&A infrastructure to translate data into key insights that drive financial decisions and strategic direction of the business. Partner with business teams to create dashboards, tools, and insights that align to each team’s specific needs and financial outcomes. Create and implement an integrated business planning process, including long-term strategic planning, forecasting and annual budgeting. Lead and build a best-in-class FP&A team that can strategically think through setting up our financial processes and tools for the future, as well as create pro-active working partnerships with budget owners to ensure smooth financial operations. Job Requirements: Able to operate in a high-growth environment and design for scale. Experience building, leading, and mentoring an FP&A team. Experienced in complex modeling and a visionary who can build infrastructure, processes and planning models that scale. Experience building an automated financial planning and forecasting across a growing business. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or quantitative field required. MBA a plus. Proven strong partnership skills across lines of business 7-10+ years of FP&A experience in a service, SaaS, consulting environment Able to articulate business issues and metrics to senior leadership that provide clear and actionable recommendations.
