Job Description:

You’ll provide advice on all things related to new roles which include title alignment, salary benchmarking, create innovative sourcing for scarce roles, build effective interviewing techniques, provide training, manage candidate expectations, negotiate offers, and have the confidence and capability to close candidates in a competitive market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-end recruitment process ensuring high-touch candidate experience with outstanding follow up and the ability to communicate a thorough knowledge of the overall business as well as that of the individual hiring client group that you’re working with
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Encourage an equally amazing process within hiring teams, including thorough strategy meetings, interview debriefs, training and process review when necessary
  • Proven experience using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire niche skills and ‘hard to fill’ roles
  • Manage the closing process with candidates which requires skills in active listening, negotiation and follow-through
  • Recruitment reporting and feedback on process and practices
  • Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated in order to satisfy planned and opportunistic business growth
  • Evaluate candidate fit by engaging in behavioural interviewing techniques
  • Proven experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management

Job Requirements:

  • Self-driven. No hand-holding in this role. You’ll drive the process from end-to end with superior organisational skills and solid follow-through.
  • Analytical mindset and process-driven. You are laser-focused on data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and manage your pipeline of candidates effectively.
  • Obsessive about candidate experience. You are self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails.
  • You should be curious and willing to try new things in order to champion an amazing candidate experience.

Qualification & Experience:

  • In the event that you do not have the relevant degree diploma, 8 years of recruiting experience is required
  • Must have experience with doing talent maps.
  • Proven track record of headhunting and hiring talent at various levels.
  • Must have experience building effective hiring manager relationships.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • 5 years of recruiting experience in a tech environment
  • Relevant degree or diploma
