Job Responsibilities: Ensure major areas of custom development that is required are identified Assess and provide guidance on operational improvements in the ERP support centre’s business units covering both support and maintenance as well as project execution Consider the impact of on-premises vs. cloud solutions on the City’s IT landscape and contribute towards defining the City’s Cloud Strategy and Decommissioning Strategy Ensure the formulation of ERP application integration models are aligned with citywide architecture Ensure the ERP requirements for business and systems applications and integration requirements for the City enterprise-wide solution are identified Identify key ERP technologies to pursue as a strategy for sustaining and future-proofing the City’s ERP and Core solutions for both the business and IS&T Serve as the CAR Solution Architect across all the CAR projects and tenders and provide quality assurance from an overall IT architecture and solution architecture perspective Job Requirements: A relevant BTech or B degree A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture /Solutions Architecture across all architecture domains and experience in Governance.
