Job Description: To provide specialist advice, guidance and support to the business and technology community to ensure appropriate development and implementation of an IT risk management programme in accordance with FNB governance and IT risk requirements. To oversee the implementation and monitoring of a risk management framework including policies, standards and security architecture to ensure sound IT management practices. Job Responsibilities: Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development Monitor implementation and effectiveness of security outputs Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence Contract reviews Management of risk including identification, analysis and evaluation of risks across the business and oversee implementation of appropriate control measures to modify the risk Recommend and ensure implementation of required changes to IT risk and security policies and procedures Monitor IT incident and response management Provide input into the development and maintenance of the risk framework and strategy Assist with ensuring the accuracy of the IT Asset Register and CMDB Actively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performance Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG Monitor IT Risk performance Liaise with Audit (Internal and External) Drive IT Risk awareness training programs Manage the conceptualisation, planning, and delivery of IT Risk Management projects as assigned Provide subject matter expertise Qualification & Experience: Experience - 3 - 5 years experience with relevant IT, risk, auditing, governance and compliance experience Minimum Qualification - Relevant Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and/or IT Risk Management Preferred Qualification - Certification in any of the following will be an advantage Job Details: Company: FirstRand Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Sandton, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
