Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
  • Monitor the implementation of relevant policies and procedures and report on exception
  • Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
  • Replies for the CMT report to be effectively followed up. NTU ‘s to be followed up to saving the deal MIS Hunter Register, Hogan, NAS to be updated on a daily basis
  • Manage personal development to increase own skills and competenci
  • Manage cost efficiencies by monitoring monthly payout targets and year on year growth of the Region
  • Drive significant growth and profitability in the context of cost management and payouts
  • Manage registrations to ensure that the % registered to pipeline is achieved
  • Track that processes conform to the Service Level Agreement between Group and Service Providers
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma.
  • 4 – 5 years relevant
