Job Description:

A position for a Group Quality Auditor exists at the Helderkruin Corporate Office reporting to the Group Quality Assurance Manager.  The Quality Auditor is responsible for conducting Quality Audits as per the three (3) year audit plan.  Always maintain a professional working relationship with Executives, Regional Managers Branch Managers and Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and services relating quality.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s implementations.
• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing entities to ensure products and services are at the highest quality standards.
• Procedures, and Document Control for all departmental workflows.
• Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management Systems are implemented and conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18788, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 regulatory and legal requirements.
• Report to the Group Quality Assurance Manager on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality findings and corrective actions), including the need for
• improvement from root cause analysis.
• Responsible for accuracy and timely submission of audit/ investigation reports.

Qualification & Experience:

• 3-6 Years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Has a good command of the English language both written and verbal.
• ISO or similar certification is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the Internet.
• No criminal record or any pending cases.
• Qualification in quality, with additional qualification in security and/or technical industry
