Job Description:

To implement selection & recruitment services in the Shared Services Unit

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation the Selection Process
  • Monitoring compliance to Eskom’s policies and procedures and the legislative requirements
  • Supervision of Human Resource Administration Support Staff on projects
  • Co-ordination and implementation of the Resourcing Process
  • Implementation of the Recruitment Process

Job Requirements:

  • Driving skills (valid code8)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving
  • Excellent customer relations
  • Project Management
  • Persuasion and negotiation

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years, with 2 years’ experience in HR
  • National Diploma/B-degree in HR or Behavioral Science
