Job Description:
To implement selection & recruitment services in the Shared Services Unit
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitation the Selection Process
- Monitoring compliance to Eskom’s policies and procedures and the legislative requirements
- Supervision of Human Resource Administration Support Staff on projects
- Co-ordination and implementation of the Resourcing Process
- Implementation of the Recruitment Process
Job Requirements:
- Driving skills (valid code8)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving
- Excellent customer relations
- Project Management
- Persuasion and negotiation
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years, with 2 years’ experience in HR
- National Diploma/B-degree in HR or Behavioral Science
