Job Description: The purpose of the role is to assist the Business Development Manager, brokers and clients to ensure that the client’s technical telematics needs are addressed and how this impacts the overall Vitality engagement on a positive level thereby reducing claims costs. It also assist with a 1-1 relationship with Clients, Brokers and Business Development Manager to ensure that new business is written correctly for more seamless activations. The contribution to the organization would be to increase the overall understanding and engagement of Vitality for Business and manage allocation of those portfolios Job Responsibilities: Presenting and training to stakeholders Vehicle adding/removal with telematics device and reports Installation of VitalityDrive sensors and Driveview devices Seamless onboarding of policies Vitality Drive Reporting % Vitality engagement Broker and client facing interaction Vitality queries Portfolio management and report writing Third party/Discovery Insure partner interaction Job Requirements: Technical troubleshooting, servicing and Communication Good Excel (advantageous) Relationship management/building Self management Presentation skills Qualification & Experience: Technical experience with Cell Phone and tracking technology (advantageous) 2 years Commercial Lines experience(advantageous) Matric (Essential) 2 years Servicing experience (face to face) and/ telephonic Diploma in related field is advantageous 2 years Broker Servicing experience Job Details: Company: Discovery Limited Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Sandton, Gauteng, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
