Job Description: In this role, you will ensure effective service delivery to the Business Units against pre-defined criteria generally referred to as Key Performance Indicators as defined in Service Level Agreements with various Business Units. You will also focus on building strong business relationships and adding value through quality work output, optimal customer service, continuous improvement, and a control orientation Job Responsibilities: Assist the Cash Management Coordinator to manage the rollout of new/updated policies and procedures applicable to the Cash Management team Ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures Manage the day-to-day Cash management functional processes Plan daily and weekly team output, monitor and update team tracker against targets (daily/weekly/monthly) as per their agreed objectives Log incidents, Identify Root cause and implementation and drive implementation of mitigation action Ensure delivery of high quality and timely Cash Management deliverables that meet the requirements of Line Managers, Project team, Supply Chain and Embedded Finance Ensure Funding requests prepared and send timeously - as per set timelines to treasury departments Update monthly Capacity & Skills matrix Provide new team members with all the necessary tools to perform the Cash management tasks (on boarding, process and procedures, desk assignment, e-mail account, relevant ERPs system and bank access etc.) Ensure all Vendor related payment runs are released successfully and on time Assist team with unresolved items Job Requirements: Service Reporting Knowledge of payments systems, FIS Trax, Quantum Project management and planning SAP Finance Qualification & Experience: 3 - 5 years relevant experience at a supervisory level Extensive knowledge/experience SAP processes Extensive knowledge/experience SAP House bank Setup Recognition of Prior Learning/Experience will be acknowledged A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification – with specialisation in Finance.
