Do you want a career in Recruiting? This role will participate in Amazon’s ‘Build Our Own Talent’ (BooT) program scheduled to start in the Summer of 2022. BooT is designed to be a hands-on learning experience aimed at equipping non-recruiters with tools and strategies focused on Delivering Results, graduating them as Full Life Cycle Recruiters. BooT Recruiters are given proven practical skills and tools aimed at hiring candidates at scale. Applications for this exciting program will be reviewed in May of 2022 with interviews to occur in June and July of 2022. The role will be located in either Dublin/London/ Tel Aviv/ Berlin/Cape Town.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Recruiter, you will bring an entrepreneurial spirit along with being highly motivated and committed to improvement. You will use data to inform decision making, and are comfortable identifying areas of opportunity and working with others to create solutions.
  • You are driven, eager, and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. From Day One, you will receive training and focused skill development to arm you with a broad set of skills and experiences. You will learn how to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, how to create innovative sourcing strategies, and what it takes to build a collaborative approach to working with business partners and hiring managers. You will learn about managing pipeline activity reporting

You will learn about the business, how to assess talent needs, and be a critical part of driving the recruiting process from beginning to end as Amazon’s Talent Acquisition team works to acquire the world’s best talent.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of corporate work experience that may include less than 6 months in a recruiting or recruiting coordinator role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
