Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you may be part of a larger cluster and work with a Senior Account Executive. As a Team, you will lead our most valued customers, specializing in building and maintaining relationships at all levels from C-Suite to developer. Job Responsibilities: Fulfill any number of assigned targets to ensure volume of sales is at profitable level Highlight any issues incurred professionally to your Senior Account Executive or management. Fulfill the assigned quota of sales designated on any strategic account Properly validate, clarify, and assess needs of customers on an ongoing basis Ensure assigned accounts meet with company’s strategic objective Appropriately coordinate company personnel involvement in strategic account management, especially in service and support resources, to ensure account performance objective of the company is met and to ensure complete customer satisfaction Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements. Continually monitor and report back on your customers’ expectations Coordinate the effort of the company in solution development to ensure customers’ needs are properly addressed with or on behalf of the Senior Account Executive Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience Ensure the customer holds the company in high esteem, which is depicted by high customer’s satisfaction ratings Job Requirements: Have a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as table-stakes Manage your own Tier 3 Accounts end to end Have a high proficiency in formulating and presenting Strategic Account Plans as well as executing against them with precision Demonstrate experience in collecting competitive intelligence, market intelligence as well as industry trends Be excited about working cross-industry and having a solid mix of accounts Qualification & Experience: Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects 3+ years of experience as Account Executive or similar role B degree or equivalent experience Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Customer-Centric Excellent verbal and written communication in English Job Details: Company: Altron Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, SA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here Vacancieshut.com
