Job Description:

Purpose is to ensure every active client is contacted within agreed SLA and ensuring fitments take place.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Dispatching
  • Communication with relevant stakeholders regarding Planning/Fitment Schedules
  • Preparation & monitoring of Production/Fitment Schedules
  • Meeting Customer Expectations via agreed timelines
  • Planning and Execution of Fitment Scheduling

Job Requirements:

  • Use a dispatching process to allocate work to technical resources
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills
  • Able to meet deadlines / SLA’s and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of progress
  • Implementing and monitoring actions
  • Evaluating and comparing courses of action

Qualification & Experience:

  • High level of computer proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel)
  • Matric
  • At least 3 yrs experience in Production Planning, Project Administration and Customer Service experience
  • Certificate/ Diploma in project Management and or Production Planning
