Job Responsibilities:

To able to serve the internal and external customers in order to generate operational requirements within the organization Customer Relationship Management • Ensure that agreed upon customer SLA are adhered to through optimized supply chain process and principles. • Meet OLA demands by ensuring that stock control is effective and efficient. Finance • Ensure that bi-weekly, quarterly cycle count and twice annual stock is planned in advanced and performed to manage inventory risk. • Ensure Quotations agree to supplier invoices and pass through invoices for payment within 2 working days Internal Process • Receive and dispatch stock including shipping to other branches. • Receive and ship finished parts. • Update Service Management System and file relevant documentation. • Control the incoming orders on requisitions. • Best practices housekeeping for source management. Human Capital • Complete own training and development objectives as per agreed timelines in the personal development plan. • Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed according to the company requirement.

Qualification & Experience:

Matric • Supply Chain Diploma will be an advantage • 1-3 years of experience in logistics • Previous experience in a warehouse would be advantageous Knowledge • General knowledge of Warehouse Principles • Basic knowledge of computer parts Skills • Computer Literacy (MS Office – Excel and Word
