Job Description:

To provide administrative services which support the effective and efficient implementation of various Member Engagement services and initiatives, including Member Education Services, Enhanced Retirement Benefit Counselling and financial advice, with the objective of improving members’ capability to make informed decisions which lead to better outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Capture and maintain leads in CRM
  • Update and maintain Masterfile and CRM database information
  • Identify and escalate areas of inefficiency in processes and controls as they arise
  • Assist with events management activities, including set up, and management of company property
  • Prepare statistical reports to assist Financial Well-being, RBC and MES consultants team leaders/managers with tracking and monitoring member engagement activities
  • Maintain stock of promotional items and distribute as needed by regional teams
  • Assist with the resolution of queries from both internal and external queries
  • Assist Financial Well-being, RBC and MES consultants with capturing member engagement data
  • Assist with scheduling of meetings, workshops and events

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree (advantageous)
  • Industry related qualification, i.e. Wealth Management or similar qualification completed or in progress (Advantageous)
  • Experience in Financial Services industry and Financial Wellbeing initiatives
  • Basic understanding of Alexander Forbes’ Member Engagement initiatives, including Member Education Services, Enhanced Retirement Benefit Counselling and
  • financial advice.
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
