Analyzing and improving availability, efficiency, capacity, scalability, security and performance of Payments Security systems. Monitoring of production server systems, including designing and implementing automated methods to monitor those systems. Managing Payments Security server Infrastructure. Troubleshooting and resolving problems with production systems. Ownership of many production components. Job Requirements: Excellent knowledge of server hardware troubleshooting. Scripting skills (e.g. Python, Ruby, Shell) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, emphasis on routing protocols) Experience in deploying and supporting web and/or two-tier applications in a 24x7 production environment. Excellent leadership skills and teamwork skills Expert knowledge of Unix/Linux. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated Qualification & Experience: Troubleshooting and resolving problems with production systems. Developing and maintaining operations tools.
