Job Description: Establish and manage a team on OIPA configurors to meet project and support needs for the OIPA application Job Responsibilities: Ensure all best practices are maintained in configuration and be responsible for delivering reusable configurations Recruit and manage a team of configurors Coaching of junior configurors Translated business needs into the most appropriate system solution Higher level technical support activities Assist BA’s with analysis and design Develop, test and implement new system changes Work with Business Analysts and Configurors simultaneously Coordinate configuration assignments Ensure re-use and sharing at Pan-Africa level is optimised Coordinate configurors and integration developments Ensure best practice alignment with Oracle OIPA team Design and document technical specifications or oversee design by more junior resources for simpler solutions.
