Job Description: To analyse; interpret; collate and present financial and non-financial information in order to drive strategy; enable decision making and support Nedbank Business Units. Job Responsibilities: Minimise costs by considering efficiencies and reducing unnecessary expenditure. Enable business to achieve results by providing insights to enable strategic; operational and tactical decision making. Improve productivity by planning tasks; reviewing and taking corrective action when necessary. Participate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies. Minimise financial and reputational risk by responding to customer related issues in a client centric way. Managing market research database by compiling and updating client; industry and competitor information. Evaluate vendor contracts by monitoring and ensuring compliance to Nedbank requirements. Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc.) Ensure research accuracy by validating results. Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes; systems and policies and support implementation of new processes; policies and systems. Newly qualified CA (SA)’s with financial services experience or 2-3 year experience outside of Financial Services.
