Job Description:
The Academic Administrator will be expected to assist with all administration of the national office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Typing, scan, filing, maintaining and updating records
- Assisting with customer service queries
- Capturing of all meeting minutes
- Scheduling and minute taking of meetings and conference calls
- Distribute meeting agenda, action list and minutes
- Send meeting requests to all attendees
- Liaise effectively with sites when required
- Create folders for each meeting on national share drive
- Manage PoE’s entering and leaving storage facility
- Management of PoE storage
- Schedule appropriate meeting times and boardroom bookings
- Answering telephone calls and referring inquiries
Qualification & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as office administrator or experience in similar role is required
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Certification in Office Administration is advantageous
- MS Office proficient
