Job Description:

Acts as an HR interface with a defined business leadership community provide leadership to the business leadership team, and drive the delivery of the transformational people agenda, bringing to life the Vodafone People Strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the resourcing and development of the business area leadership team, optimizing performance and team effectiveness
  • Facilitates the development and delivery of the local people plan to reflect the Vodafone People Strategy in order to enable the achievement of the Business Strategy.
  • Provides coaching to the business area leadership team, regarding the management of others in the business area
  • Manage the activities of the HR Business Partners, providing coaching and development.
  • Ensures all leaders and people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement

Job Requirements:

  • The job requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles in their discipline. The requirement for broader knowledge implies the need to understand other concepts and principles in the context in order to resolve issues that have an impact beyond the discipline since this role is required to support allocated business lines/units across all aspects of HR.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant diploma, degree, or post-graduate degree.
  • The role needs to balance the needs of business lines with that of HR and ensure alignment with parent company
